Refund Policy – Divapreneur By Passion

At Divapreneur By Passion, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching, training, digital programs, memberships, and transformational learning experiences. Your success and satisfaction matter to us. However, because our services involve digital products, intellectual content, coaching programs, and energy-based modalities, we follow a strict and transparent refund policy outlined below.
1. No Refund Policy – Digital Products, Courses & Memberships
All purchases of the following are non-refundable:
• Digital courses
• Coaching programs
• Online memberships (Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum)
• Templates, guides, PDFs, downloads
• AI Organic Coaching Business tools
• Reiki/energy sessions
• NLP & Life-Coaching Certifications
Once the content is delivered or access is granted, no cancellations, refunds, or transfers will be permitted.
2. 1:1 Coaching, Consultations & Strategy Sessions
All 1:1 sessions (including Life Coaching, NLP, Money Reiki, Business Coaching, etc.) are non-refundable, as your time slot is reserved exclusively for you.
Rescheduling is allowed once, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
3. Event / Workshop Tickets
For masterclasses, workshops, online events, and webinars:
• Tickets are non-refundable
• If you miss the live event, recordings or replays (if offered) will be shared
• Tickets cannot be transferred to another person without prior written approval
4. Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan:
• You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments
• Failure to pay may result in:
•Removal from the program
• Denial of future access
•Use of recovery methods for unpaid dues (if necessary)
No refunds are provided for partial payments.
5. Duplicate Payment
If a duplicate payment is made accidentally:
• Email us at divapreneurbypassion@gmail.com
• Refund for the duplicate amount will be issued within 7–10 business days
6. Exceptional Cases
Under rare circumstances such as:
• Accidental multiple checkouts
• Technical payment errors
• Wrong product delivered
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund after internal verification.
Please note: Refund decisions are made solely at the discretion of Divapreneur By Passion.
